Yesterday at 3:00 o'clock in the morning my mom, sister, and I headed out for an eleven hour road trip to Leesburg Virginia. Jackie Gray who would be mine and Kristi's cousin and my mom's neise is getting married. Her wedding date is today September 3rd so we're over here in Leesburg Virginia at the Comfort in Suites with the entire family for the weekend. Yesterday we left very early in the morning and we all switched off driving the entire ride. Altogether we ended up driving through six states until we reached Leesburg. We drove through Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland and then we finally reached Virginia. Honestly the ride didn't feel that long at all but going back home is going to be terrible! Yesterday we checked into our hotel and basically hung out all night because there wasn't much else to do. My mother got invited to the rehearsal dinner so Kristi and I were stuck at the hotel all night. Luckily we found our cousin Arayana so we were hanging out with her for a while. All we really did was go to the pool and walk around outside the hotel though. Then we ordered pizza and sat around watching TV. We all ended up crashing early last night and that concluded our first night in Virginia.
Eleven hour car ride. We had to find ways to keep ourselves occupied.
Driving through Pennsylvania was beautiful! Lots of hills, rocks and trees. I was so sick of looking at farm land driving through Illinois, Indiana and Ohio.
