Towed in Chicago

So I'm enrolled in a class called photographic studio this quarter. Right now we're working on this big project with the fashion students. They are working on fashion catalogs and we're shooting the pictures they need for there catalogs. While they provide the models, clothes and fashion aspect of it we are scouting out locations, posing the models and figuring out the best lighting. When it comes down to it the fashion students will be getting a final grade on there catalogs and us photography students will be getting graded on a few prints from the photo shoots. So far this project has been very stressful because its insane trying to get about ten people together to meet somewhere for a photo shoot with models all at the same time. We all have lives, work and school and we're very busy people. Today worked out well though because half of the fashion group and our group were able to meet for a photo shoot. My group consists of two other girls, Krystal and Jasmine and one guy Ram. He went and scouted out locations to shoot in Chicago so we ended up planning to meet down there by 10:00 pm.
Its so late but it was the only time we could get everyone together. Ram and one of the girls in my group Krystal were already going to be down in Chicago at the location ahead of time. I didn't want to drive by myself and I was nervous about the directions so I carpooled with the other girl in my group Jasmine. Turns out the fashion student and her models that were meeting us didn't know where they were going either. So us five girls ended up carpooling together. We made it to the location but we were an hour late. We just wanted to get the shots we needed and get this done while we could. We did our shooting and finished around 1:00 am. The other girl from our group Krystal that was there ahead of time had to leave early so she was long gone. But Ram from my group walked all us girls back to where her car was supposed to be and it wasn't there. Apparently none of us saw the 15 minute parking only with hazard lights on sign. The city had towed her car but luckily we had Ram there with us who had his car. It took us about a half an hour to get a hold of somebody from the city to find out where to pick up her car. When we finally got a hold of somebody they told us where the pound was that had her car and that it was going to cost $160 cash to get her car out. Ram's car only seats five and there was six of us so we had to squeeze in his small car driving around for almost an hour trying to find this pound. On top of that we all had to dig up $160 to get her car out. After about an hour of driving around we finally got to the pound and got her car out and by the time we got back to her apartment it was almost 3:00 am. Jasmine and I then still had to drive back to school where my car was parked and then I was able to drive home and now its 4:00 am and I'm just eating dinner. I have to be up for work by 9:00 am. Wish me luck at work tomorrow.
